If you are a retailer, institution, wholesaler, or any other business user, you are not eligible to use the Dealsaaj Platform to purchase products from third-party sellers for commercial purposes, who have been granted access to the Dealsaaj Platform to display and offer their products for sale through the Dealsaaj Platform or website.
The DEALSAAJ reserves the right to refuse your registration or terminate your membership and/or refuse to permit the use or access to the Dealsaaj Platform if it is discovered or brought to notice that the user does not meet eligibility criteria, or violate the eligibility criteria or breach any terms of this User Agreement.

The Dealsaaj Platform is an online platform that enables the buyer to meet and interact with the seller for transactions. The Dealsaaj platform provides a medium through which the Buyer or user’s purchases the products listed on the website or Dealsaaj platform at the price indicated therein at any time from any location. The users further agree and acknowledge that Dealsaaj Platform is only a facilitator or a medium and is not and cannot be a party to or control in any manner any transactions on the website or Dealsaaj platform
All commercial or contractual terms are offered by and agreed to between the Buyer and seller alone. The DEALSAAJ does not involve in any manner to suggest you or advise you or determine you in the offering or acceptance of such contractual terms between the Buyer or user and seller. Limitation of liability
In no event, the DEALSAAJ and its affiliates shall not be liable to you or any third party, under any circumstances for any indirect, special, consequential, incidental losses punitive, or exemplary damages or any damages whatsoever including on grounds of loss of profit, revenue, savings loss of reputation or loss of business opportunities.
The DEALSAAJ is not responsible for the unsatisfactory or delayed performance of services or damages or delays as a result of products that are out of stock, unavailable or back-ordered.
Payment related information & Taxes
Access to the information provided on the Website and Dealsaaj Platform and Registration on the Website and on the Dealsaaj platform is totally free of cost. The DEALSAAJ does not charge any fee for accessing, browsing, and buying through the Website or The Dealsaaj Platform. The User agrees to make all payments directly to the respective Third-Party vendor or merchants accounts for purchase of Goods and Services from such Third Party.
Each User/Third Party Service Providers are solely responsible for payment of all taxes, legal compliances, statutory registrations, and reporting. The DEALSAAJ is in no way responsible for any of the taxes except for its own income tax.
To transact and avail of the service, the user is required to provide valid bank/payment details or other details required for facilitating payment towards the Products/Services. In case, the user provides incorrect details or any kind of fraudulent activity, due to which any loss occurred to the user or third party then the DEALSAAJ will not be liable for any such loss or damages occurred to them.
The DEALSAAJ is not responsible for any loss or damage caused to User/ Third Party Service Providers during the process of payment, if payment is not complete due to insufficient funds in the user account or not providing correct payment details, or the uses payment card expires or the circumstances are beyond the reasonable control of the DEALSAAJ.
Suspension & Termination
This term of use will continue or be effective till terminated by any of the parties i.e. either by the user or by the DEALSAAJ. In case, the DEALSAAJ ascertain or discover that the user is involved in some fraudulent activity or violated the terms of use or privacy policy of the DEALSAAJ, it is the complete and sole discretion of the DEALSAAJ to suspend, terminate or block the user account by providing notice to the user. Or in case the user wants to discontinue or is dissatisfied with the service of DEALSAAJ, the user may close your account or stop accessing the Dealsaaj Platform.
Governing Law & jurisdiction
The User Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without giving effect to the principles of conflict of laws thereunder.
Any dispute arising in respect of the term of use, the Courts at Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh shall have exclusive jurisdiction to decide the dispute.
Grievance policy
In accordance with Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, if the user has any grievance or complaint related to the content on the Dealsaaj platform or term of use, they may lodge their complaint or grievance to the provided website [email protected]
The DEALSAAJ will address the grievance or complaint within a time period of 30 days from the filing of the complaint or grievance. In such an event, the user agrees to provide complete support or provide related information as sought by the DEASLSAAJ. The user accepts and acknowledges that the DEALSAAJ shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused to the User as a result of delay or default or deficiency or failure in the Services as a result from causes beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God, fires, explosions, wars or other hostilities, insurrections, revolutions, strikes, labour unrest, earthquakes, floods, pandemic, epidemics or regulatory or quarantine restrictions, unforeseeable governmental restrictions or controls or a failure by a third-party hosting provider or internet service provider (“Force Majeure Event”). In the event of any Force Majeure Event arising, The DEALSAAJ, depending on whose performance has been impacted under the Terms of Use, shall immediately give notice to the Other Party(s) of the facts which constitute the Force Majeure Event.
Waiver
No provision of these Terms of Use shall be deemed to be waived and no breach excused unless such waiver or consent shall be in writing and signed by the DEALSAAJ. Any consent by the DEALSAAJ to, or a waiver by the DEALSAAJ of any breach by Other Parties, whether expressed or implied, shall not constitute consent to, waiver of, or excuse for any other different or subsequent breach.
